Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate the preparation of filters and distribute to the production room.
Coordinate the work of removing filters.
Coordinating the work of cutting reject production.
Coordinate the work of preparing dos and inner productions.
Manage work schedules for cleaning service staff.
Coordinating routine worship at Padmasana.
Coordinate and serve the office needs of the fund to know guests (making tea, filling drinking water, washing furniture, etc.) - according to your needs.
Coordinating hospitality and preparing employee canteens for certain activities / events.
Responsible for all process Cleaning and Sanitizing toilets, countertops, and sinks including doors and windows
Maintaining a clean and sanitary Kitchen area
Making sure all area clean and well arrangement inside and outside building and /or working area
Responsible for scheduling, supervising, hiring and training
Ensuring there are enough adequate cleaning supplies and place orders for new inventory when necessary
Assigning cleaning tasks, checking the work is done properly and producing reports representing the hours worked, progress and budget expenses
Monthly progress report related Cleanliness and Sanitary all area, sharing improvement and implementation per new direction.
Ensuring all Garden well clean up, maintain properly and planting following season and chosen by owner
Core Competencies / Knowledge & Skill
Patience and Passion with work, both housekeeping and gardening;
Ability to point out our own faults, willingness to improve;
Well Organized, Hardworking and details;
Works independently with limited day to day supervision of an offsite coordinator;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Housekeeping and/or Cleaning Services with Hospital and/or Industrial background
Bachelor Degree in any field
