PT Mitra Prodin, manufacturer of high quality, hand-rolled cones and designer & producer of innovative cone filling device, is substantially expanding its facilities and workforce of already 2500 workers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of a company’s facilities
  2. Create and Maintain work systems / procedures to support GA facilities flow in all areas/scope of work.
  3. Analyze budget requirements for facilities supporting office activities to then be submitted to the company's finance and management to be budgeted and approved.
  4. Accommodate all complaints and suggestions and convey them to the management to find a solution.
  5. Supervise and provide consultation on strategic staffing plans, budget, reporting and assisting maintaining networking among Team
  • Kitchen-Canteen & Banquet:
  1. Supervise kitchen team’s activities
  2. Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
  3. Rectify arising problems or complaints
  4. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  5. Check the purchase of food ingredients / supplies / kitchen equipment and then provide purchase approval for the canteen department.
  6. Monthly progress report related kitchen both BEP and BB, including monthly cost sharing improvement and implementing per new direction.
  7. Ensure that the canteen & barista areas is always clean (after and before lunch times).
  8. Ensure that the buffet table, barista, and all equipment ready before opening time.
  • House Keeping-Garden:
  1. Making sure all area clean and well arrangement inside and outside building and /or working area
  2. Ensuring there are enough adequate cleaning supplies and place orders for new inventory when necessary
  3. Assigning cleaning tasks, checking the work is done properly and producing reports representing the hours worked, progress and budget expenses
  4. Monthly progress report related Cleanliness and Sanitary all area, sharing improvement and implementation per new direction.
  5. Ensuring all Garden well clean up, maintain properly and planting following season and chosen by owner
  • Maintenance Building:
  1. Monitoring and Implementing, procedure or maintenance, repair and installation of equipment well in place and proper.
  2. Environment awareness and follow regulations.
  3. Having knowledge and operate systems of maintenance of machines and technical equipment to minimize pollution from the company.
  4. Regular checking and inspects the machines, electricity and technical equipment to ensure that the place is safe from hazards than cannot harm employees and livestock, including electricity and infrastructure to ensure all run properly. .
  5. By providing clear direction in line with the company’s stated future position and rely the working systems on these values to exceed the goals.
  • Security:
  1. Ensure that all security staff provides services that are above and beyond for employee and shareholder satisfaction and retention.
  2. Ensure the safety and security of staff, Visitor and Guest at all times.
  3. Responsible to manage all safety & security
  4. Liaise with all department heads and HR as Partners to ensure employees are adhering to established security procedures.
  5. Ensure compliance with all security standards and preventative measures.
  6. Monitor and follows proper key control guidelines in loss prevention and in the property.
  7. Handles complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
  8. Coordinate with external police authorities in the investigation and handling of crimes, accidents, Government Ministers moments etc., involving the Office and Factory its employees and / or guests
  9. Be available 24 hours a day for genuine emergencies within the property.
  • Transportation (Shuttle Bus):
  1. Ensure that the safety of passengers/ employees is the prime responsibility of bus drivers and make sure all employees pick up and transfer on time.
  2. At the beginning and end of their shift, they inspect their vehicle to ensure that it is functioning correctly.
  3. Ensure all drivers must follow all traffic laws and posted speed limits, even at the expense of arriving late to their destinations.
  4. If they encounter any unsafe conditions or road hazards, they report the problems to dispatch.
  5. If their vehicle develops mechanical difficulties, they document the problems and communicate needed repairs to mechanics.
  • Administration:
  1. Supporting all office operations by procuring all work equipment needs (such as ATK, computers, work desks/ chairs, air conditioners, etc.), and other supporting facilities or facilities (such as operational vehicles and telephone operator.) fast, accurate / quality and in accordance with the specified budget.
  2. Be Responsible and overview all process under GA Facilities.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, vendors or suppliers of goods / services for office facilities / infrastructure and assisting in handling complaints against vendors / suppliers including follow up on handling payment / invoice notes and work contracts with related parties.
  • Sewing:
  1. Manage sewing production for our uniform performance to include attainment, efficiencies, cost, and quality goals.
  2. Ensure that proper work assignments are issued according to need.

Core Competencies / Knowledge & Skill

  • Strong leadership and managerial skills;
  • Budget and Timeline management experience;
  • Strong communication skills (English written, verbal and presentations skills);
  • Well Organized and capable of managing a group with numerous of active projects;
  • Health and Safety Food & Environment knowledge;


  • Minimum 5 years experiences as GA or Operation Manager at 5-stars Hotel or Manufacturing
  • Bachelor Degree in Management Hospitality
