PT Mitra Prodin, manufacturer of high quality, hand-rolled cones and designer & producer of innovative cone filling device, is substantially expanding its facilities and workforce of already 2500 workers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develop a clear strategic plan for Production effectiveness and efficiency in the factory
Develop Production and manpower planning
Structure all daily operations and activities in the factory
Plan the development of current and new products
Plan Cross Training Programs (cross-divisional) to ensure that every position can be filled by at least 2-3 people
Plan recurring meetings with subdivisions, divisions, supervisors, other departments and the directorate for updates and progress
Cost Planning for production and the factory
Oversee all daily operations and activities within the production department
Translate the clear strategic plan into targets for the nine divisions
Generate production reports daily/weekly/monthly/yearly
Implement the development of current and new products
Ensure Cross Training Programs (cross-divisional) are Implemented
Manage and maintain relationships with BEP’s main customer (ie. Mitra Prodin’s Senior Management).
Work together and communicate clearly with HRD, Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse Departments.
Conduct meetings with subdivisions, divisions, supervisors, other departments and the directorate to discuss updates and progress
Ensure Cost Planning implementation for production and the factory
Ensure Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma and 5S Implementations
Review production reports daily/weekly/monthly/yearly
Ensure Production Implementations are compliant with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
Monitor the quality standard of all finished products and adjusting processes if necessary
Ensure a safe working environment and safe working procedures for all staff
Monitor stock of finished goods, half goods, and raw materials continuously
Restructure and reorganize divisions when necessary
Performs other duties as assigned and required by the company.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree or Master’s Degree in Management or Production Management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Leading Teams.
Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, 5S Management and others Management certification is preferred
Able to communicate (both written and verbal) in English and Indonesian
